bad/mediocre news: our brakes were seriously grinding in the car this week, so we finally got them fixed.  Of course it was not just the brake pads, it was also one of the actual brakes not releasing, meaning it cost $500 to fix.  But I'm no longer afraid for my life every time I drive to work/to pick up rhb...
